Les Yeux d'Ambre operates an online store selling handcrafted amber resin pendants, lightweight earrings, and natural stone bracelets. Each piece is made in small batches at our local atelier in Rajkot. We describe materials, finishes, and dimensions as accurately as possible, but slight variations in color and texture are natural to handmade goods and do not count as defects.
When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate delivery and contact details. You are responsible for ensuring the shipping address is correct and for checking the package upon arrival. If you notice damage during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assess the issue and arrange a resolution.
We take care in crafting and packaging every item, but jewelry is delicate by nature. We are not liable for damage caused by improper handling, exposure to water, perfumes, or harsh chemicals after delivery. Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased item and does not extend to indirect or consequential losses.
